Channel Vista is a 3 star licensed Guest House which specialises in making your stay in Combe Martin on the North Devon coast a joy, by providing a high quality service to its guests.

Come to Channel Vista Guest House and relax in the beautiful surroundings of this peaceful and picturesque seaside village with great access to many other attractions in the area, it doesn’t matter if  you  walk, cycle, surf, fish, play golf or just sit and watch the world go by.  Combe Martin has it all.

All accommodation is en suite, have freeview TV’s, refreshment making facilities, and are very comfortable.   One of our rooms has a four poster bed.

Have your breakfast in our bright and airy dining room – see the Food page for the breakfast menu.  We can also provide evening meals if they are requested at the time of booking.

Our licensed bar is next to the dining room and is in the Victorian conservatory.  WiFi is available. New for 2010 is an outside seating area off the conservatory.

We have our own on site car park – which is at the rear of the house.  The rear door of the house is off the car park on the upper ground floor.

Whilst the house is not suitable for wheelchair users, for those less mobile there is a stair lift between the upper and lower ground floors.  To view our access statement please click here.

•  Children – check out our discounted rates at any time of the year.  We can provide a travel cot, high chair and a baby monitor so you can relax in the licensed bar.  Combe Martin beach is famous for its rock pools and will keep the kids amused for hours.
•  Walkers – we are right on the South West Coast Path.  Our breakfast will get you going in the morning and we can also provide a packed lunch and an evening meal if you request it at the time of booking.  We can for a small fee, wash and dry wet clothing.  You can even bring your dog if you let us know in advance. 
• Dogs – we have our own dog and so we understand how difficult it is sometimes to find somewhere to go on holiday.  There are lots of lovely walks in this area including woodland and fields (please watch for sheep) and you can take your dog onto Newberry Beach in Combe Martin Bay.  

•  Cyclists – we have a secure garage where you can leave your bike overnight.  We can provide a packed lunch and also evening meals if requested at the time of booking.
